FOR PRESENTERS
TALKS
Your talk can be as long as 25 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for questions from the audience. Please make sure to come to the chair of your session before the session starts to upload your slides! PDF is a safe choice for the slide file format.
POSTERS
The format of the poster stands is A0, portrait. We will provide you with ways of attaching your poster to the stand (and we sincerely hope they don’t start falling down as they usually do).
DEMOS
You don’t have to bring a research poster or give a scientific presentation, instead just come and show a cool working thing! This is fine for participants from industry, academia and users alike. You are welcome to also bring a poster if you want, and the main thing is to bring a laptop and whichever else equipment you need for your demo; we will provide you with a stand for the poster and a small table for the laptop and equipment.
